If verified workmanship issues arise within 6 months, we'll work to get them resolved — including arranging a return visit or alternative arborist.
Tree Health Guarantee
For qualifying pruning work, our 12-month Tree Health Guarantee covers clear workmanship failures that affect tree health.
Independent Investigation
If something goes wrong, ArbSolve can commission an independent arboricultural assessment to ensure a fair outcome for everyone.
Financial Safety Net
As a last resort, ArbSolve provides up to £2,500 per eligible job to cover the reasonable cost of rectifying verified failures.
Replacement Arborist
If the original member cannot resolve an issue, ArbSolve will help find a replacement qualified arborist to complete the work.
